Working as a freelance journalist for 15+ years, I have written a wide variety of articles and other works for print and online publications.
Most writers, however, have a particular area of interest. For me, this interest is nature and the environment. My areas of interest include pollinators, wildlife, ecosystems, habitat, pollution, and conservation related topics. Other topics on which I’ve written are health and wellness issues, historical events and people, and little-known facts.
I partner with another writer, Dannye Williamsen, as a ghostwriter through Heart Song Ghostwriting, LLC. This is yet another way to help folks achieve their literary dreams, grow their business, or bring their story to life. We strive to assist them in transforming their heart song into words.
On a personal level, I majored in elementary education and have used this knowledge to write a series of children’s book as well as a series of middle grade books.
